I was in the middle of filling out my survey with comments but my computer froze up on me and was unable to finish. I hope it is appropriate to finish what I had to say about Ronald Atkin and Greg Nelson to you.
They both helped me a great deal. When first put down a deposit, Aug. 11, on the Jetta Sportwagen, Ronald had told me it would be about 10 days before arrival. The next day he called and told me it was being delivered much sooner and he would let me know which he did.It arrived on Aug. 14. We arrived on Aug 15 to get the car. Ronald showed me how everything worked and showed me the Sirius Satellite Radio. During his inspection, he found the Sirius was not functioning properly. He had it taken to service to find out what the problem was. He loaned me another car while they found what the problem was. While I was gone with the loaner, he called and told me it was ready and that it was just a wire. This took place within a hour or hour and a half. When I arrived back at the dealership, he was right there waiting for me for I hadn't even got out of the car yet.
Greg Nelson was extremely apologetic and offered to fill my gas tank next time when it gets down to a 1/4. Also, he offered me to choose one item from the accessories case.
I want to again say how much I appreciated what Ronald and Greg did for me while I was there Volkswagen of Orange Park.
